  I paid $55.00 for a "PREMIUM" wash, however my car came back so filthy on the outside and the windows disgusting, really dispointing to waste $55, especially this time of the year.

  False advertising. First they told me it would be $120, so I asked for the price on their sign, but apparently because my car wasn't clean already I wasn't eligible for a basic or even a delux wash. I would have to pay for a prestige wash and although my car is a hatch they would be charging me for a sedan. No attempt to convince me it would be worth it. Guy couldn't have cared less if he had no customers all day. I'd rather clean it myself thanks. I hope they go out of business.

  Took in my brand new WRX STI for a detail, went the most expensive package to ensure a good job. The result? absolutely garbage. Greasy, cheap interior wipes/product used, left this disgusting resin that took days to remove/restore. The exterior was just as bad, being as the car was new, they only really needed to focus on freight dust etc, but they actually never even ran over the rubber tracks, was the same as when I dropped it off. If you have $20, pay the nearest homeless person to do it, and you'll get better results.

  Tried to talk me into the vip wash because apparently it needed to be vacuumed yet all I wanted was the deluxe wash that sais it vacuumes.

  No protective mats on carpets, really crappy wash job that resulted in me going out and buying my own detailing gear, learning how to do it properly and actually cleaning it the way you would expect for $250.00. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you love your car, because this is a business setup to make cash quick, no retain or please customers in any respect, you only need to look at the location to complete the picture.

  Good luck getting the advertised price. As others have pointed out already, your car has to be clean to qualify for this "minimum" price. Some sand in the footwell at this beachside suburb car wash rockets the Deluxe Wash from $55 to $80. No thanks. I'll go to Broadmeadow every time.
